一、基本情况

李敬涛,男,1987年出生,博士,副教授。主要研究番茄枯萎病、灰霉病致病机制及防治研究。主持国家自然科学基金,山东省自然科学基金等多个科研项目。发表论文20余篇,其中SCI论文16篇;授权国家发明专利3项。

四、 研究方向及简介

研究方向为分子植物病理学,主要以番茄枯萎病原尖孢镰刀菌为研究材料,通过蛋白质组学方法鉴定与病原菌致病性密切相关的修饰(乙酰化)蛋白,在此基础上综合应用植物病理学、分子遗传学、生物化学等多种手段研究蛋白功能及作用机制,解析乙酰化修饰的生物学意义,最终阐明植物-病原菌相互作用新机制,为通过设计药物或者转基因手段控制植物病害的发生以及最终提高作物产量奠定分子基础。
